There are two issues in the version of [[:File:Flag of Georgia.svg]] dated April 19,2015:
# The {{W|Bolnisi cross|Bolnisi crosses}} are not properly centered in the white rectangles.
# The small arcs have been drawn with a radius of 55 units. This matches an old construction sheet shown at [https://www.fotw.info/flags/ge.html Flags of the World (FOTW)], but it does not match the government construction sheets produced in 2004, 2014, or 2018.  The 2014 and 2018 government sheets both specify a radius of 54 units.

This new file addresses both issues by centering the Bolnisi crosses and using a radius of 54 units.
