Sleepy.ab es una banda japonesa de estilo rock electrónico progresivo-alternativo, integrada por Tsuyoshi Nariyama (voz, guitarra), Kensuke Yamauchi (guitarra), Hideyuki Tanaka (bajo), y Hideki Tsuha (batería). 
La banda hizo sus inicios en 1998, luego de que todos sus integrantes se graduaran de conservatorios de música. En 2002 presentaron su primer álbum: Face the Music, al cual le siguieron Travelling Fair (2004), Palette (2006), Sleepy.ab LIVE@Sapporo Artpark （2006), y Fantasia (2007), su trabajo más reciente.
Actualmente intentan consolidarse en el mundo del espectáculo, haciendo apariciones en eventos como Rising Sun Rock Festival, y en programas televisivos como "Music On!" y "Bachoon TV". Son notorias las influencias musicales de bandas como Radiohead.
