On 2013-02-18 the China Express company, a wholly
-  owned subsidiary of the China Fortune Holdings Limited (formerly known as Fortune Telecom Holdings), has taken 11,944 of Jolla shares for €1,000,310 (equivalent to HK$10,376,136). The share purchase is to be completed by March 8.
