A task force, led by [[Shahan Natalie]], working with [[Grigor Merjanov]], was established to assassinate [[Talaat Pasha]], [[Pipit Jivanshir Khan]], [[Said Halim Pasha]], [[Behaeddin Shakir|Behaeddin Shakir Bey]], [[Jemal Azmi]], [[Cemal Pasha]], [[Enver Pasha]], as well as several Armenian traitors.
