Notre Dame is one of two Vancouver, Eastside Catholic highschools; 
the other being [[St. Patrick's Regional Secondary]].

[[Vancouver College]] & [[Little Flower Academy]] are the two Vancouver Westside Catholic highschools.

In 2006, [[Vancouver City Council]] granted Notre Dame the right to build a new school facility on the old football practice field. Upon completion, the old school facilities will be torn down for the creation of a new football field. The theater, lunch & gym facilities will remain intact.
