In 1987, 32 academy students or former students were in the [[The Championships, Wimbledon|Wimbledon]] draw and 27 were in the [[U.S. Open (tennis)|U.S. Open]].
 But not any longer as the focus of the academy ahifted from producing top athletes, to being a boarding achool and aiming to develop students for college placement
