Basketball training at IMG Academy provides the foundation necessary to develop skills at any age or level of play. Our program is one of the nation’s best and most effective for helping boys and girls basketball players reach their full potential. Our staff and resources create an unrivaled enviroment for assisting passionate basketball players to play at the next level. Both the prep school program and camps (available year-round) offer access to professional-quality facilities, including a four-court gymnasium and 10,000 square-foot weight room, as well as training programs to help you become stronger, faster and more confident.

The IMG Academy basketball training program is for all skill levels for ages 10 and up, but is also chosen by some of the NBA’s top players as a training destination. Past trainees include Iman Shumpert, Kendall Marshall, Maurice Harkless, Jimmy Butler, Jrue Holiday, Amar’e Stoudemire and countless others.

IMG Academy has an Academy lacrosse program and year-round camps. IMG Academy launched a high school team in 2012. Prior to that, IMG Academy hosted their first full-time lacrosse student-athlete, Matthew Xirinachs, starting in September 2010.
