Difference between revisions 110599234 and 110599519 on enwiki

Should this really be called the "2004 Chicago Earthquake" ?  The article makes it sound like Utica is part of Chicagoland.  In reality, neither Utica, Prairie Center, nor La Salle County are considered part of the Chicago area, and the impact (both literal and figurative) to Chicago was almost nil.  A Google search only brings up 6 matches for "2004 Chicago Earthquake" and most of that is from this Wikipedia entry!  [[User:TresÁrboles|TresÁrboles]] 06:14, 2 January 2006 (UTC)


I disagree, Chicago is the nearest big city, and it *was* impacted. All the Chicago suburbs (West, South included) were impacted - I was there at the time and felt it. People in the suburbs won't be searching for "utica earthquake" but rather "Chicago earthquake." [[User:Computer Guru|Computer Guru]] 16:00, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
