The '''SJ Sathanas''' is a [[Shivan]] ship from the [[computer game]] [[Freespace 2]]. It is of the juggernaut class and is over 5.5 killometers in length.

In Freespace 2, the SJ Sathanas was first encountered in a [[nebula]] beyond a portal found in the [[Gamma Draconis]] system. Where it prompty destroyed the GVD Psamtik, a [[GVD Hatshepsut|Hatshepsut]] class destroyera [[GVCv Sobek|Sobek]] class corvette. The Sathanas proceeded to destroy many GTVA ships in the nebula before emerging on the other side of the portal, invading GTVA space. TAfter a surigical strike by a vasudan wing to disable the main cannons, the GTVA rallied their most powerful vessel, the [[GTVA Colossus]] to destroy the juggernaut, seriously damaging the Colossus in the process.

After their victory, the GTVA once again entered the nebula, to which more Sathanii were discovered, over 80 of them came through the portal to Gamma Draconis.the first of wich destroying the GVD Psamtik, a [[GVD Hachspeut|Hachspeut]] class destroyer, and flagsip of the 3'rd vasudan battlegroup. Despite the use of the newly developed [[TC Meson Bomb|Meson Bombs]] used to destroy the [[Knossos (freespace)|Knossos]] device the node had stabilised and the sathans fleet made it's way to Capella, Where they proceeded to converge around the Capella sun. Seeing they could not possibly destroy the rampaging Juggernaut fleet, the GTVA hatched a plan to close off Capella, effectivly closing the door on the Shivans. Before they were able to destroy the final link to Vega, the Sathanas ships unleased a subspace weapon around the sun, causing it to go supernova, whereby the Shivans vanished almost as suddenly as they had returned.
