James has been a pioneer in bringing technology to the masses that would be otherwise unobtainable. As outlined in the arbitration agreement Dicks owned the above mentioned web sites and never used them, the claim of bad faith came as outlined in the arbitation becaseu the domain hosting compay had a genieric place holder which is a violation.  Dicks signed over the domain names and continues to explore the positive aspects of business on the web.
