I am not sure who small bones is, but I believe 
he is a paid plant from one of James Dicks competitorswith all his posts that there are other intentions here...  I have met James and he is certainly a great individual.  I am sure as well that if you look up Bills Gates or a large company CEO you would find thousands of pages of notes, much with little or no substance. Let's not get carried away folks - certainly if he has business acomplishments they should be put in - but business club breakfast awards??!  Also the documented problems with his business must also be included.  Wikipedia is not a place for self-promotion and self-advertisements.
