Regardless of how it would play out in reality, the GECK ''does'' manage to miraculously save the main character's tribal town. The final screen of the village shows a nearly modern and fertile town, leading players to assume that the abilities of the GECK are much more than a simple "briefcase of seeds". This may be because the Fallout series views the world from the viewpoint of a [[1950|50s]]-era person, where technology can always solve even the grandest of problems.
