Dwemer artifacts are highly prized throughout the Empire, although since they are technically the property of the emperor, the sale of them is illegal. Dwemer weapons and armor are especially valued, re
knowned for their excellent craftsmanship and sturdy design. However, aquisition of these artifacts is highly dangerous, because of the remote location of the ruins, and the multitude of Dwemer constructs within, including the Steam Centurion, as well as traps on many of the doors in the cities, which often take an unwary adventurer by surprise.
