Lisa was the second person to be infected with the Progenitor Virus (the first being her mother, Jessica Trevor).

She was the daughter of George Trevor, who built the Mansion in the Arklay Forest for Spencer. When Albert Wesker and William Birkin began work on Lisa they mutated her severely but after injecting her with the NE-Parasite, the G-Virus was created in her body. After this she was deemed a failure but because of the constant viral injections could not be disposed of.
