Upon graduation from the PA training program the graduate will have the opportunity to take the certifying examination offered by the [http://www.pathologistsassistants.org American Association of Pathologists Assistants] in conjunction with [http://www.ascp.org The American Society for Clinical Pathology].  The ASCP is the premier certifying body for laboratory professionals in the United States.
