(contracted; show full)readsheet/macro used to generate the tables is in a non-transparent format (Excel), and hence cannot be posted on Wikipedia. However I can send it to whoever wants it. I think someone put it up on FTP once -- can't remember where though. The address is probably in a talk page archive somewhere.
