The Eugene Fields subsection was too much information, undue weight.  I summarized it thus:  "NBC News reported that in December 2004, Huckabee granted clemency to Eugene Fields over the objections of a law enforcement officials.[78] Fields, of Van Buren, Arkansas, was convicted on his fourth charge of driving while intoxicated (DWI) in August 2001. It has been suggested by some Arkansas Republicans that Huckabee's clemency was linked to political contributions.
