An old school prank. A person writes Pen 14 on their hand and walk up to an unsuspecting schoolmate/person and ask them if they want to join the pen club, telling him/her could be Pen 15. You'd then write Pen 15 on his/her hand with permanent marker if it is available, and everyone would laugh at him/her.

Pranker says:"I'm in the Pen club. I'm Pen 14, you can be Pen 15."
Victim says:"OK, ill join."
Pranker says:"To join you need to write your member name on your hand with permanent marker."
Victim says:"OK"

Then the Pranker writes it on the victims hand with permanent marker quickly. Everyone Laughs.
