'''Purple Dragons''' or '''Purple Dragon Gang''' is a fictional street gang in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series. The gang is from [[East Side]] in [[New York City]].

Purple Dragons is the toughest street gang on the ist side and in every version they appear, the turtles fight them in the first issue. The 1984 TMNT comics is the only TMNT version where the gangs don't work for the [[Shredder]]. In the [[1987]] TMNT cartoon series and the Archie TMNT adventures comics, the turtles save the Channel 6 news reporter [[April O'Neil]] from a gang with [[Bebop_(Ninja Turtles)|Bebop]] and [[Rocksteady_(Ninja Turtles)|Rocksteady]]. The gang is sent out by the Shredder and the name of the gang is never told, but is supposed to be the Purple Dragons. In the [[2003]] TMNT cartoon the gang leader of the Purple Dragons is [[Hun_(villain)|Hun]]
