It was during this Year that the "Dave" comic strip first appeared. Dave was created by Jim and Pete Catapano in June 1985.
Ye Olde Spectator was a combination Presidential Election/Christopher Columbus  issue with a full painted cover by Sandy Yoo depicting the candidates sailing on Columbus' ships. The Sci-Fi Special was a Sci-Fi Special.
