Once they arrive via ship in Afghanistan they will be delivered by the Minister of Education in Afghanistan and the Canadian Forces.

Sylvia Stark founded the Teddy Bears of Hope in 2003, she has worked since then to fill an emotional void in children around the world by giving them love and hope wiht a cuddly teddy bear.

In 2010 she is hoping to collect 100,000 teddy bears to take to the children in Ughanda Africa.
