The Rising Antivirus programme automatically uploads suspicious files found in users' computers to the software company. Users can find this option in the Rising Antivirus interface. However, this function cannot be disabled. 

Therefore, it is highly possible that files containing privacy or sensitive information are automatically transferred to the company without informing the user or requesting consent.
