Further known as 'VKT [[Internet Relay Chat|IRC]] Network' it is the 3rd IRC Network in [[Lithuania|Lithuania]] by size. It was founded in early 2003. At the moment, this network has a goal to provide a quiet, easygoing, secure, trojan and viruses free environment for the visitors. Visitors here vary from several users to middle-sized communities. The Network is also looking for stable and promising links for furhter development. At the moment VKT has got only two servers: '''irc.vkt.lt''' and '''irc.b4net.lt'''.
