==Criticism==

The term and ideology is often criticized for multiple reasons. These reasons include the opinion that the tenet advocates [[black power]], [[xenocentrism]] and [[misandry]] ([[female chauvinism]]), focused too much on the [[victim]] status of people who are not [[male]] or [[Caucasian]], belief that the concept threatens [[sovereignity]] (or even [[cultural diversity]] in itself), and inhibits [[free speech]].

Some believe "diversity" is a meaningless 
[[buzzword]] used by those who espouse [[political correctness]], or even a misleading world to support the creation of a [[one world government]] with a [[one world government|one world culture]].
