Numbuh Four hates [[hamster]]s.  He also hates [[Rainbow Monkeys]] and [[love]], as he thinks it makes him sick (Op [[S.N.O.W.I.N.G.]]).  He sleeps in a [[boxing ring]] in his room in Sector V's treehouse.  It's been hinted that Four is somewhat of a bully, having been involved in the Bully Fights (Op MATADOR) and having a tendency to pick on 'nerdy' kids (Op BULLIES).

Numbuh Four has a soft spot: [[Numbuh Three]]. Numb
er fuh Four has a not  -so  -secret crush on Numberuh Three, countless times he. One of the show's running gags is hais tried to confess to her, but he always gets distractedattempts to either confess to her or deny his feelings for her. Number Four has a drawing of Numbuh Three taped on his wall of his bedroom, which he may or may not have drawn. He also sang with her for a moment in Operation L.O.V.E. until he decided it was getting too mushy.

Since some point in season 2 (and definitely by season 3), he has been characterized as a total idiot who has been shown spelling words grossly incorrectly (Ops ROBBERS and TRICKY), mangling history in his homework (Op HOUND), and having a tiny [[brain]] (Op SPROUT). Not only that, Wally seems to be unaware of his idiocy. A notable example of this is from Op COLLEGE, where he says, in regard to colleges [[brainwashing]] smart kids: "If colleges are taking all the smart kids, why haven't they taken ''me'' yet?" In some part because of this, he has occasionally done more harm than good to their missions (Op PIANO and Op ROBBERS standing out in particular).

Recently, it has been revealed that Numbuh 4 considers himself a world class master of [[dodgeball]] and this sentiment is shared by many.  However, his young brother Joey has shown that he practically dwarfs 4's ability.  This is only known by [[Numbuh 2]].
