<p align="left">For as long as he can remember, he has been interested in traveling, maps, and the weather. Tariqabjotu has traveled extensively throughout the United States with his family and school, to places as far as [[San Francisco, California|San Francisco]], the [[Grand Canyon]], and [[St. Augustine, Florida|St. Augustine]], [[Florida]]. H
owever, that's not good enough for him; his only trips outside of the United States have beenduring childhood were to [[London]], [[Paris]], [[Montreal]], [[Toronto]], and [[Windsor, Ontario|Windsor]], [[Ontario]]. He hopes to see more of the wBut since then he has endeavorled in the future; specifically, he would like to travel to [[Moscow]], [[Hong Kong]], [[Dubai]], and [[Tokyoto travel, spending summers in [[Haifa]], [[Cairo]], and [[Bangalore]], and, soon, a year at the [[University of Cambridge]]. Regarding the other two prescribed interests... one of his summer hobbies is [[hurricane]] tracking and he has (for the most part) memorized the [[Interstate Highway System]]. Perhaps one could see why he has taken such an interest in [[civil engineering]] and, tangentially, [[urban planning]].</p>

<p align="left">Beginning in [[2004]], the year before he joined Wikipedia, Tariqabjotu began soul-searching, taking an interest in [[Islam]]. A year later, in July 2005, he became a Muslim. Today, however, he does not profess full adherence to any religion as he now finds it too dogmatic for his philosophy. Nevertheless, Tariqabjotu remains greatly interested in Islamic ideals, while devoting time to studying and applying [[Judaism|Jewish]], [[Islam]]ic, and [[Buddhism|Buddhist]] beliefs. Tariqabjotu strongly believes in [[religious pluralism]] and the concept of [[world citizen]]ship. He consequently strives to keep his contributions on Wikipedia (and elsewhere) as objective as possible. Unfortunately, being one hundred percent devoid of bias is just about impossible.</p>
