Kelvin Wong (&#40643;&#37670;&#36637;) is a candidate of the [[Hong Kong Legislative Council election, 2004]]. He is the president of [http://www.luahk.org/ The Life Underwriters Association of Hong Kong], 2003 and 2004. At first he wanted to join the functional constituencies, but because of some special reason the nominating was not accepted. So he joined Hong Kong Island of the geographical constituencies and lost.
