I don't understand your edit summary in your recent change to [[:Category:Wikipedia administrative categories]], regarding "circularity is allowed".  As mentioned in the [[:Category:Wikipedia administrative categories]] description, that category is for *nonencyclopedic* content, i.e., content not in the main article namespace.  The [[:Category:Wikipedia]] category is for encyclopedic content, and should not contain the Administra(contracted; show full)
