He is the founder of [[Urban Takeover|Urban Takeover Records]], and is one of the original [[rave]] scene and [[jungle (music)|jungle]] pioneers. He has done lots of work in collaboration with [[Aphrodite (artist)|Aphrodite]].

Mickey Finn used to start off his sets with a cut up vocal sample saying: "Mick...ey..finn...finn...finn...mickey pussyclart finn".

Some of his most famous tunes to date are "Bad Ass" and "Jungle Brother".
He got the DJ nickname from his older sister, because he was so skinny.<ref name=fantazia/>

He now runs the record label ''Finn People''.

Once in 1996 Mickey Finn was advertised as appearing at piscis park night club exstasis in San Antonio, Ibiza.  Mickey's failure to appear led to near-riot pandomonium inside the club with some fans demanding a full refund on their entry ticket.  Arguments ensued between friends and Matthew David Dudziak and Semaj Pohsib barely spoke again to this day.
