It is unclear whether or not Numbuh Three is aware of Numbuh Four's feelings for her or even returns them (the amusing irony of which, contrasted with Numbuh's Four dislike for anything fluffy, romantic or cute in any way, is obvious). Although only hints to their mutual feelings are dropped in the actual show, this particular coupling between Three and Four is especially popular in the show's [[fandom]].

In the future, as seen as [[Codename: Kids Next Door episodes#F.U.T.U.R.E.|Operation: F.U.T.U.R.E.]], Numbuh Three has a granddaughter, [[List of Codename: Kids Next Door characters#Mushi and Sally Sanban|Sally]], who looks and acts very much like her.
