WECB (104.3 FM, "104.3 The Breeze") is an Adult Contemporary formatted) is a radio station licensed to Seymour, Wisconsin, that serves the Green Bay and Appleton areas. The station is owned by Woodward Communications, and is simulcast on W278AU (103.5 FM), which covers areas of Green Bay (including downtown) where the 104.3 signal can be hard to reach.

WECB went on the air in 1998 under husband-and-wife owners Earl and Carol BrookerThe station launched in the Spring of 1998 under the ownership of Earl Brooker and his wife, Carol. Earl Brooker was a local businessman, politician, and long-time Fox Cities radio personality (he worked the 5:30-9:00 morning shift on WECB). Under the Brookers' ownership, WECB featured a 1970s music format, and also featured broadcasts of Green Bay Gamblers hockey and Wisconsin Timber Rattlers baseball.

By July 2003, Woodward would change WECB's format to Soft Adult Contemporary as "104.3 The Breeze, Northeast Wisconsin's Lite Rock." "The Breeze" schedule included the John Tesh Radio Show (Monday-Saturday mornings).

WECB is also noted as annually airing all-Christmas music during the months of November and December. The station is currently continuing its holiday theme post-Christmas, with a message on the station website promising "one more gift" will be opened for listeners at 3PM on December 31, 2009. The "gift," based on local speculation, will be a new adult hits format branded as "Chuck FM," with possible new call letters of WCHK-FM. A website for the new format is displayed at this web address (its displayed URL, chuckfmonline.com, redirects to the Breeze website).
