KitFox Vineyards uses the wine production Facilities of McComack-Williams in Acampo, California. [[Mike Loykasek (wine)|Mike Loykasek]], KitFox Vineyard's [[winemaker]] specializes in blending and has produced the Foxy wine project with grapes such as, [[Chenin Blanc]], [[Refosco]], [[Orange Muscat]], [[Viognier]], [[Petite Sirah]] and [[Verdelho]]to name a few. 




The Vogel Family consists of [[Hunter Vogel(wine)|Hunter Vogel]], Laura Vogel and Hunter's father Fred Vogel, and owns and operates the vineyards and an [[almond]] and [[walnut]] [[orchard]].

[[Hunter Vogel(wine)|Hunter Vogel]] represents the fourth generation of farmers in his family. His Father, grandfather and his fathers grandfather have all had the passion of growing a seed into a finished product.<ref name="The Vineyards"/> KitFox Vineyards started in 2000 with the planting of Sauvignon Blanc, [[Cabernet Sauvignon]](32 acres), [[Syrah]] (8.8 acres), [[Viognier]] (1.6 acres) and [[Sauvignon Blanc]] (1.5 acres)),<ref name="Trade">KitFox Vineyards (2009).[http://www.kitfoxvineyards.com/trade.htm "Trade"].
