Shakinouts have spent 2010 writing and recording songs in preparation to show that they deserve the reputation that they have achieved. On 1st March 2011, Shakinouts returned with their first new material in 18 months 'I Stand Alone' as a free internet download, with the promise of more new tracks over the coming months. They have since announced the release of the first single proper, Quiet Life. Recorded by upcoming recording engineer James Simpson and mixed by renowned producer Simon Humphrey and mastered by Barry Grint.
