Fisher launched Fiteco Ltd. in [[New York]] during the mid-eighties while also becoming involved in the development and building of [[hotels]]. He researched technologies such as the "Smart Bathroom by Leonardo da Vinci," which is a pre-assembled [[bathroom]] system for luxury homes and hotels. ==Career==
After he graduated, he lectured in the School of Engineering and at the Department of Restoration of Historical Landmarks at the same University.  As a young architect, he was in charge of the renovation of Roman Archeological sites and Renaissance churches. Later on, he designed residential buildings, schools and hotels in Italy and overseas.
 
In the mid-eighties he became involved in the application of different construction methods in New York through Fiteco company, then designing and setting up industrial facilities.
Fisher designed large hospitality buildings, getting later involved in construction management in several countries. 
He built concrete domes with the unique “Binishells” technology and later developed a preassembled bathroom system, called “The Smart Bathrooms”, a unique industrialized integrated construction method that he applied in several locations, such as in Paris, London, Moscow, Miami and Hong Kong.
He cannot be considered an architect in the traditional sense. 
Dr. Fisher has a 360-degree experience in the building world - from teaching to designing, from project development to construction management. He has been redefining the technological extremes of buildings in different countries over three decades. 
He is the inventor of the Dynamic Tower, the first building in motion, bringing to architecture for the first time, the fourth dimension.
The Dynamic Towers  are also the first buildings designed to produce their own energy from wind and sun and the first towers to be completely produced in a factory.
Several projects are in the pipeline, and are planning to be built in Paris, Miami, Shanghai and London.

In the last years he took part in many scientific events and lectured in a large number of Universities in Europe, America and Asia.
Among these Universities are …..Miami, …….Chicago, School of Engineering of Florence, Tonjin in Shanghai, Polytechnic ……..of HK and others (a list is hereby enclosed) and was the keynotspeaker in many places.
Last year Dr. Fisher founded the “Dynamic Science Association” as well as the “Dynamic  Architecture Movement”, where Dynamic stands for Sustainability and Architecture stands for Logic.
Dr. Fisher's professional activity has always been focused on two concepts: an industrial approach involving the use of prefabricated units, and Dynamic Architecture, where the traditional three-dimensional design meets a fourth dimension: Time.
