Recently, much work has been put forth by the creator of the game (skye) and as a result, a lot of the hacking issues have been solved.

Hackers have also added maps into the game.


Sadly the xgen team has changed all the 
setting and introduced IP banning into SA,
actual 'hacking' is not really possible anymore,
However we shall overcome this problem and strike back double as hard!

== Effects on XGenStudios Forums ==
The popularity of the game has led to a rush of new users joining the XGenStudios Forums. As the age of Stick Arena players skews rather young, some of these people are derided for having little knowledge of how message board systems work, along with poor spelling/grammar, etc. The added activity created by Stick Arena players also caused long downtimes in the forums due to the server being unable to put up with that many users using the forums at once. This problem seems to be behind the forums as of now. Stick Arena players were (and in some cases still are) called "n00bs" by the more experienced forumers, but some have turned themselves into decent users.
