1000mods had their first European tour in October/November 2011 in order to promote their debut album. Their tour included more than 25 gigs in 12 different countries. Some of the highlights of the tour were appearing as special guests in Up In Smoke 3 and supporting [[White Hills (band)|White Hills]].

The name 1000mods is a wordplay of the band's hometown, [[Chiliomodi]].
