Traders are warned not to be misleaded by ''The Forex Trader's Bill of Rights'' as this is just a marketting gimmick. Market Makers earned money when traders lose. According to OANDA Financial Report, FXTRADE helps OANDA obtains the most profits. Successful Traders will find lots of issue trading, for example, loss of connectivity during the release of [[Nonfarm_payrolls]] news, change of orders and deletation of orders. It cant be proven whether OANDA's actions are intentional or not. 

Traders need to understand that its not possible for Market Makers to hedge perfectly, and its totally impossible for Market Makers to hedge perfectly during big Forex News release. Imperfect hedge means loss of money. Thats the reason OANDA as a market maker must behave as a Market Maker because as a business, it must be responsible to all OANDA shareholder, and must earn as much profits whether by ethical or unethical means.⏎
