On Sept 28, 2011, Stroker released his Sexgen v5.0 bed for free, with full permissions, meaning that anyone can copy it for any use including resale. This act was done without the consent of several parties involved in the creation of the Sexgen v5.0
 and Kevin was served with a DMCA Takedown order. The base units he had placed out in world were removed as well as sa.
