Melvin has been featured in many fitness and bodybuilding magazines, and has been featured on the cover of [[FLEX magazine]]. Melvin Anthony now lives in North [[San Bernardino]], [[California]] with his wife
 Ivette. He is a devoted [[Christian]] and has numerous [[Bible]] verses posted on his website. 

During the early 2000s, Melvins' music routines and voice overs were mixed by David 'KrusH' Wilmore. Wilmore also provided music mixes for other top IFBB and fitness competitors including Kelly Ryan, Craig Titus, Laura Mak and Chris Cormier.
