Founded in 1991, Rising is a privately owned company, with its global headquarters based in [[Zhongguancun]] in [[Beijing]], China. The company has subsidiaries and branch offices in [[Shanghai]], [[Guangzhou]], [[Australia]] and [[Beijing]]. It is
