He is the founder of [[Urban Takeover|Urban Takeover Records]], and is one of the original [[rave]] scene and [[Oldschool jungle|jungle]] pioneers. He has done lots of work in collaboration with [[Aphrodite (artist)|Aphrodite]].

Mickey Finn used to start off his sets with a cut up vocal sample saying: "Mick...ey..finn...finn...finn...mickey pussyclart finn".⏎

Some of his most famous tunes to date are "Bad Ass" and "Jungle Brother".
He got the DJ nickname from his older sister, because he was so skinny.<ref name=fantazia/>
