When he was arrested on 4/1/2010 in Mt Holly, New Jersey and charged with simple possession (3rd degree 
misdemeanor) and possession with intent to distribute (2nd degree felony) he put his freedom where his mouth had been. He publicly taunted the Burlington County NJ prosecution with proclamations of he "was conviction proof and only needed 1 juror to agree". He claimed it was his personal medical marijuana used to treat his BONE CANCER.
