i dont think it is, as its been gone for quite awhile and doesnt seem to be coming back.

:I'm keeping the Korean flag section around, as Thorri mentioned, because I believe it is of historical significance to Drawball; it seems to mark the beginning of the site's popularity for big projects. Why doesn't someone create a free collaborative site where they can post periodic images of the Drawball and discuss all of the notable images and logos that come and go and their associated author groups and so on? It could be called Drawball History or something, and linked from here. I think a wiki would work well for it, but many of these images aren't notable enough for inclusion on Wikipedia.
