Motorola Fire XT also known as XT 530/531 $ Spice XT in Latin America is an Android powered smartphone. It was released in September 2011. It has a 3.5 mm TFT capacitive touch screen, resolution being 320x480 & has a 800 MHz Processor of the Chipset called Qualcomm MSM7227T-1. It has a 5 Megapixel Camera & a VGA resolution front camera. It also has a 512 MB RAM & a 512 MB ROM. This phone has Adreno 200 GPU which is quite good. Apart from these, it has WLAN connectivity, Blutooth, GPS & a host of other features. It recently got a 2.3.5 Gingerbread update & there is a chance for Ice-Cream Sandwich Update (Android 4.0) for thishone. chances are low though.
