== Can it be used to switch between keyboard layouts (for same language)? ==

Say there's a user (me) who prefers to type in Dvorak, but another user (his wife) prefers Qwerty. I have mapped "Caps Lock" to switch layouts, but frequently forget to check the currently selected layout -- this obviously becomes clear within a few keystrokes, but if software could detect and even "fix" the garbled input, that would be neat!
