'''Oracle OpenWorld''' is an annual [[Oracle Corporation|Oracle]] convention for business decision-makers, IT management, and line-of-business end users. It is held in September in [[San Francisco]], [[California]]; [[New Delhi]], [[India]]; [[São Paulo]], [[Brazil]]; and [[Shanghai]], [[China]].
