==Biography== 
Born on a Kentucky chicken farm, Kelley studied at Murray State University, the University Of  Louisville School Of Medicine and Tufts University.  He did his psychiatry residency at a Harvard-affiliate, McLean Hospital.  He is the medical director of the [[Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children]] and a practicing [[psychiatrist]]. Kelley served on the Board of Advisors of the Human Rights project, worked as a legislative aide to Congressman [[Jim McDermott]], worked on the [[Clinton health care plan|Clinton Healthcare Task force]] and started his own [[health care]] company.  He is married to Maria Infantine-Kelley. They reside in [[Cohasset, Massachusetts]].
