James and his uncle, JW Dicks, also co-wrote "How to Buy and Sell Real Estate for Financial Freedom".   It was released in April 2006 and also published by McGraw-Hill.

In 2005, James was invited to address hundreds of European FOREX investors at the Salon de l'Analyse Technique in Paris, France.

Radio programming on the James Dicks Financial Network (JDfn) offers more than 12 hours of daily radio shows, on two separate channels, that center on stocks, options, and the FOREX markets.

In 2006, James Dicks was named as one of Orlando, Florida’s “40 Under 40” at a breakfast ceremony sponsored by the Orlando Business Journal. In 2004, the Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce honored PremiereTrade™ LLC by including it to their annual listing of local companies making significant investments and professional contributions in Seminole County Florida.

In 2005, James and his company collected more than a quarter of a million dollars in donations for the Red Cross’ Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund.   For a suggested minimum donation, PremiereTrade™ LLC gave all contributors a copy of the company’s innovative PremiereTrade™AI financial software.  He offered the company’s software, PremiereTrade™AI, which normally sells for $5,495.00, to anyone who gave a suggested minimum donation of $1,000.00.  PremiereTrade ™ LLC donated one hundred percent of all donations to the American Red Cross to help the Hurricane Katrina survivors. The announcement of the final donation amount was made on “The Doc and Johnny” morning radio program on WXXL 106.7 FM, a Clear Channel radio outlet in Orlando, Florida.  A check for $306,926.75 was presented to Mr. Joel Hass, Chief Executive Officer of the American Red Cross of Central Florida.

James and PremiereTrade™ LLC also participates and supports the annual March of Dimes collection.  In 2005 the corporate staff participated in the mud volleyball which raised about $1,000.

James is a former member of the U.S. Marine Corps and member of the Marine Corps League, a veteran/military service organization formed to promote the interests of the U.S. Marine Corps and provide assistance to Marines, as well as to their widows and orphans. "One pitchman, Michael Stewart of Arizona, told audiences that he made mad money with the Currency Trading Systems when, according to his settlement with the CFTC, he actually lost $10,500 in the one year he used it.
