==Biography== 
Born on a Kentucky chicken farm, Kelley studied at Murray State University, the University Of  Louisville School Of Medicine and Tufts University.  He did his psychiatry residency at McLean Hospital.  He is the medical director of the [[Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children]] and a practicing [[psychiatrist]]. Kelley served on the Board of Advisors of the Human Rights project, worked as a legislative aide to Congressman [[Jim McDermott]], worked on the [[Clinton health care plan|Clinton Healthcare Task force]] and started his own [[health care]] company.  He is married to Maria Infantine-Kelley. They reside in [[Cohasset, Massachusetts]].
