== College career ==
Penn started off his college career at the [[UVA-Wise Highland Cavaliers|University of Virginia’'s College at Wise]] in 2011. After 2two seasonz with the Highland Cavaliers, Penn transferred to [[West Virginia University]] in the Fall of 2013.
